BUILDINGS THAT GROW WITH YOU
Our Garden Retreats are designed so the smallest pod can fit in a small Garden. As your lifestyle changes you can add to your Garden Retreat, with integrated storage or extra living space.
As you move up the housing ladder and maybe have children you can add outside decking and a roof terrace. A roof terrace needs a larger garden and as we designed this to be modular it can be added at a later date.
When you come to sell your house you can confidently pass on this information to buyers (along with your 25 year warranty) who may have a different lifestyle and use for the Garden Retreat.
We have 3 Pods in 2 sizes for Living Pods and 1 sized Storage Pod.
Externally you have the option for extended decking and a unique roof terrace complete with spiral staircase.
Everything is designed to grow with you as your lifestyle changes. You can add extra pods and the roof terrace retrospectively.
We are the only Manufacturer who builds using GRP and we use screws not nails. Every wooden or cedar clad building is nailed using a nail gun and will not dismantle.

TERMS OF BUSINESS
- A 20% deposit puts your Garden Retreat into our Production Schedule.
- We visit to survey your intended location to determine the best base system and any access issues.
- You will be given a calendar to choose your installation week.
- 14 days prior to installation your balance must be paid in full.
We will come and survey your Garden and design the correct base.
IF YOU FINANCE YOUR BUILDING
- Maximum 20% deposit is required by Hitachi Finance and your Garden Retreat goes into our production Schedule.
- We visit to survey your intended location to determine the best base system and any access issues.
- You will be given a calendar to choose your installation week.
- 30 days after installation your first payment is due to Hitachi Finance.
